Off-site reputation and online reputation matter a great deal - Infact reputation can single handily determine if we are interested in an account - Most accounts are junk to us if the original owner has no reputation. Reputation is essentially an accounts backing or it's "story" much like a pawn-shop or other store ; Without a story to backup the product your trying to sell; We are not going to be interested. When users come to us to buy accounts - They often ask who is the Original owner, are they trusted, are they verified, etc. When we say no or they have no reputation - The buyer leaves 100/100 times. This is what makes accounts with Original owners that don't have reputation online worthless to us -> If your a nobody online-> Nobody wants your account is the issue. Reputation is often times the sole deciding factor in whether we issue an offer or not. We often will low-ball accounts without reputation because they are simply to high-risk for us to turn a profit on them with recovery risk. We don't try to "rip" users off -> We simply have to protect ourselves and our business model; Which is where reputation matters the most - We apologize to customers who feel we try to issue them a lowball offer or rip them off, in 99% of these cases the reason for this is because we simply cannot turn a profit paying anywhere near the actual value of your account due to the high risk nature of account purchasing. If you receive a lowball offer or no offer at all; It's due to your online reputation and our risk management team chose to shutdown the sale due to being high risk versus low risk.
This occurs for three reasons:
1) Our anti-fraud systems that scan every ticket triggered and automatically closed the ticket -> This information will not be shared and the ticket will not be reopened for any reason.
2) An agent manually reviewed the ticket and suspended it upon manual review for some reason(likely fraud or another red flag our automatic system did not pickup on.)
3) We are not interested to the point we are 100% certain no deal will be reached(example: Your asking $200 - We will only pay $50 - We would just suspend the sale as being a waste of time and labor).
Closed tickets without responses will not be reopened. We apologize for the inconvenience.
This means 1 of two things;
1) We are not interested in the account - This could be for a wide variety of reasons that we don't reveal.
2) Our anti-fraud systems auto-suspended the sale
We will be unable to elaborate to you regarding ticket closure reasons - We apologize for the inconvenience.
Buying and selling in-game accounts involves a player deciding to transfer his/her progress, which he/her has invested time and money into achieving. It is similar to selling a car once you are done using it. Certain game EULA's may prohibit the buying and selling of in-game accounts.
All account information is delivered to you via your payment email. If you do not receive an email please contact our support above through our 24/7 ticket & email support.
When your order is approved, you will receive the full account credentials in order for you to take full control of the account(Username and Password). If the account was purchased and not created you will also receive the email linked to the account which you MAY NOT REMOVE.
If your order is flagged by our anti-fraud systems it may take up to 24 hours for our agents to approve your order as it has to be manually approved or denied.

Payments are only sent via Paypal or Skrill. If you are unable to create a Paypal account, are blocked from Paypal, or your country does not allow Paypal, you will be unable to sell to us.
Payments are completed within 5 days of receiving your account information. If you provide any invalid information or do not fully fill out your uploaded information, there will be a delay.

1. Navigate to your account settings
Log in to your Gmail account and go to your security settings. To get to your security settings click the settings gear on the top right of the page and then click on the "Settings" tab to access your gmail settings:

You will need to head to the account security settings by clicking on the "Accounts and Import" option and then select "Change Password Recovery Options":
3. Removal of all account security settings
Please set "email@example.com" as the recovery email for the account. You will also need to disable 2-step verification if it is enabled in any form, sign out of any linked devices(Mobile/Tablet/Desktop), and delete and recovery phone numbers and linked secret questions. When you have completed this step, your security tab should look similar to this example below.
